PA DBE108E EN54-16 Ethernet Desk Call Station with Touchscreen & DSP

When the alarm matters, the voice has to be ready. The Proel PA DBE108E is the Ethernet call station for EN54-16 voice-alarm systems that puts emergency, paging and recorded messages on the same desktop unit, with full system monitoring as standard. A quarter-VGA TFT touchscreen drives every workflow - LIVE EVAC, EVAC MSg, ALERT MSg, PAGING and STATUS - and 10 software-programmable zone buttons plus dedicated TALK, EVAC and CANCEL keys mean operators trigger announcements in a single press, with no menu hunting under stress. Audio is captured through the supplied dynamic gooseneck microphone (390 mm) into the unit's DSP, then carried as digital ethernet over standard Cat.5 to the AE-series VAE control panels. Because the DBE108E is itself a fully networked node, multiple call stations and EVAC units can be cabled into one structured network and the touchscreen continuously shows each panel's CONNECTED / FAULT / COMM ERROR status, with intelligent call priority (LIVE EVAC over EVAC MSg over ALERT MSg over PAGING) preserved across the whole system. Power is a single 18-24 Vdc supply, the chassis is just 16.5 x 17.8 x 44.2 cm at 0.8 kg, and the unit is type-approved to EN 54-16:2008 plus RoHS and WEEE.
