Adding an audio-only zone to a video-over-IP system usually means a disproportionate box: a full encoder for a pair of patio speakers, or a separate audio matrix living outside the video ecosystem. The Just Add Power ST1 solves it with one small transceiver that does either job. Set the jumper to encoder and it injects analog stereo — a mixer feed, a BGM source, a paging output — onto the network as a 192kHz/24-bit stream any Just Add Power receiver can pick up. Set it to decoder and it extracts the audio from any video stream to feed an amplifier in a zone that needs no screen. Variable level from -46.5dB up to +12dB matches consumer and pro line levels without external pads, and PoE means the device lives wherever the audio is, not wherever power happens to be. For bars, gyms, retail floors and houses of worship running Just Add Power video, the ST1 closes the audio gaps without leaving the ecosystem.
