It is a dedicated six-zone paging microphone base built to pair with Proel's ATMP480Z6XL six-zone amplifier mixer: press a single zone button to address one area, select several for a group, or hit ALL ZONES to page the whole site. The supplied gooseneck microphone keeps the speaker's hands free and the TALK button gives clean push-to-page operation, while the built-in chime, with its own level control, draws attention before every message. A single RJ45 LINK connection carries both audio and control to the amplifier and powers the unit, so installation is a one-cable job, and the second RJ45 lets bases be chained where a venue needs more than one paging position. With a 60 Hz to 18 kHz response and front-panel mic level, the RM6 delivers intelligible, consistent announcements across retail, hospitality, transport and education installations.
