The Proel INCOM2 solves this at the counter. A two-piece glass counter intercom, it pairs an internal desktop base with a flexible gooseneck microphone for the operator and a slim round external unit for the customer side of the glass, so both parties hear each other clearly and speak naturally. There is no push-to-talk button to fight with: conversation flows both ways without forced commutation, keeping interactions calm and professional. Two front-panel level knobs let staff trim the operator and customer volumes to suit a noisy banking hall, pharmacy, ticket office or reception desk, while a dedicated REC mini-jack output lets you connect a PC or recorder for line-level capture of each exchange. Built from rugged ABS and aluminium and supplied complete with its AC/DC adapter, a 2 m extension cable and adhesive mounts for the external unit, INCOM2 installs quickly on any teller window and gives front-office teams a clear, hands-free voice across the glass.
