The Proel PA 24VDC12A is an EN54-4 certified backup power supply and battery charger that keeps a 24V DC evacuation or public-address installation running without interruption - switching from mains to battery in zero seconds, so amplifiers and controllers never see a gap. In normal operation its 12A rectifier powers the load and keeps the standby batteries fully charged and temperature-compensated; the moment mains drops below threshold, the connected 24V battery bank takes over automatically and silently. Nine protected outputs (six 40A main, three 5A auxiliary) distribute up to 150A total to your system, while continuous self-monitoring reports mains, battery and output faults on dedicated dry contacts for remote supervision. Built into a 19" rack format and certified to EN54-4 and EN 12101-10 Environment Class 1, it is designed to be the dependable power heart of a life-safety sound system.
