The PI6100-010 in PureLinks Pure Install series is a 1.00 meter long, passive Premium USB-C to USB-A cable connecting devices with USB-C or USB-A sockets according to the USB 3.2 (Gen 2x1) standard with a maximum data transfer rate of 10Gbps. The cable features high-purity copper conductors and triple shielding, with a USB-C connector on one side and a USB-A connector on the other. Both connectors are nickel-plated and also feature gold-plated precision contacts. The cable can also be used as a charging cable for USB-C devices and supports a maximum output power of 3A / 5V / 15W without supporting USB Power Delivery. Pure Install - Benchmark for Professional Installations - The USB-C cable range PI6000 to PI6100 in the Pure Install series from PureLink is designed for connecting devices with USB-C or USB-C / USB-A ports. The cables enable data transfer via USB with up to 20Gbps and are compliant with various USB 3.2 SuperSpeed standards. The cables in the range are equipped with USB-C connectors on both sides (PI6000), or with USB-C on one side and USB-A connector on the other (PI6100). They feature a nickel-plated plug housing and gold-plated precision contacts. The USB-C plug is reversible, so there is no need to pay attention to the plug direction. The cables themselves are triple-shielded and equipped with inner conductors made of high-purity copper. All cables are of course also backwards compatible with the older USB 2.0 / 1.1 specifications. The USB-C only cables (PI6000) are equipped with E-Marker chipset and therefore support USB Power Delivery (USB PD) with up to 5A / 20V / 100W. They are also compatible with the "Display port Alt-Mode" and can therefore be used for the transmission of AV streams in addition to data and power transmission, provided that the source and display device also support the DP Alt-Mode. The transmission is according to Display port 1.4 / 1.2 Alt-Mode standard and supports resolutions up to 8K / UltraHD-2 with 30Hz. When transmitting Display port 1.4 AV signals via Alt-Mode, the cables support a maximum data rate of the USB 2.0 specification for the simultaneous data connection. A full data rate can be achieved if the simultaneous AV resolution matches the Display port 1.2 specification.
