The Cypress Technology CH-735TX is the transmitter side of a point-to-point USB 3.2 extender system that puts a USB host and its peripherals at opposite ends of a 100 m Cat cable. A laptop or PC connects via the bi-directional USB-C port - configurable as host or device, with up to 60 W of USB-C Power Delivery flowing back to charge it - while three local USB-A ports each deliver 5 V / 0.9 A for room peripherals like cameras, microphones and HID devices. A single Cat5e / 6A / 7 run carries USB 3.2 Gen 1 SuperSpeed (5 Gbps) to the paired CH-735RX receiver, with 802.3at PoE PSE supplying up to 30 W to the receiver over the same line - no separate power needed at the remote end. The host transparently controls peripherals on both sides of the link, and hotkey-driven firmware updates keep deployment maintenance painless. In a compact aluminum chassis (128 x 25 x 108 mm, 214 g) it disappears under a desk or behind a display while doing the heavy lifting of long-distance USB.
