PA CS8SUB 8" 100V Ceiling Subwoofer 50W

When a ceiling speaker array sounds thin and lifeless, it is almost always missing the bottom octave. The Proel CS8SUB drops straight into the same ceiling line to give it back. Built around a 203 mm (8") woofer in a sealed ABS enclosure, it integrates the low end of any 100V ceiling system so background music, paging and announcements land with weight and warmth instead of fizzling out. A built-in 220 Hz low-pass filter keeps it focused purely on bass, while an onboard 100V line transformer and a rotary tap selector let you drop it onto a constant-voltage distribution loop or run it as a standard 8 ohm load - set, wire, done. The epoxy-coated metal grille and clean white (RAL 9016) frame disappear into the ceiling, making it equally at home in shopping centres, exhibition halls, hotels and transport terminals where the system has to be heard but the hardware should not be seen.

• Fills out any ceiling speaker line with real low-frequency energy - turns thin background audio into full-range sound
• 203 mm (8") woofer in a sealed rear enclosure for tight, controlled bass with no boxy resonance
• Switchable operation: rotary tap selector runs it on a 100V constant-voltage line or as a standard 8 ohm speaker
• Built-in 220 Hz low-pass filter keeps the sub locked to the bottom end and out of the way of the satellites
• Discreet white (RAL 9016) ABS frame with epoxy-coated metal grille blends into the ceiling in retail, hospitality and transit spaces
• Wire push-terminal block and a 250 mm cut-out make installation and line wiring fast and tool-light
• IP21C-rated and certified to EN 62368-1 (LVD 2014/35/EU) for safe permanent indoor installation
