When a school auditorium, hotel complex or transport hub needs evacuation-grade sound that scales as the project grows, the Proel MDA500V2 brings 500W RMS of pro power into a single slot of the MDA8C rack frame - stack up to eight modules in 3U of 19" rack and address each zone with its own dedicated amplifier. Three Euroblock outputs handle a constant-voltage 70V or 100V line for long distributed speaker runs, plus a 4-ohm low-impedance feed for direct loudspeaker loads, switched cleanly via DIP. Dual power supplies - wide-range 90-270V AC with active PFC, and a 24V DC emergency input - meet the always-on demands of EN54 voice-alarm installations, while balanced line and priority inputs (with gain) let a paging mic or BGM feed cut through reliably. Front-panel master, bass and treble controls, dynamic clipping control, plus signal/clip/fault LEDs make commissioning and day-to-day status obvious at a glance. Electronic overload, short-circuit, thermal, DC and 480J mains-spike protection - combined with a 110dBA signal-to-noise floor and a 20Hz-20kHz response — keep music clean and announcements intelligible even in punishing 24/7 service.
